Secular Post  is a non-profit (and non-prophet) project created by the founder of Global Secular Humanist Movement,

Faisal Saeed Al-Mutar.

The Mission of the Project

is to create an open-source journalism community for writers from all around the world, to allow them to publish their ideas, thoughts and opinions for the purpose of  advancing the progress of Humanity.

We urge our writers as well as our audience to have a commitment to the use of critical reason, factual evidence, and scientific methods of inquiry, rather than faith and mysticism, in seeking solutions to human problems and answers to important human questions.

If you are interested in writing for Secular Post, please email us your article/video/audio to

* There is no preference for any country or a language.

* We also can preserve anonymity of those people living in areas where freedom of expression is limited, but who want to have their voices, stories and opinions to be heard.
Secular Post is the right place for you because we believe that freedom of expression is vitally important, and the freedom to express thoughts and new ideas can lead to a pathway of prosperity, security and peace, through rational discussion.

“The only security of all is in a free press.” — Thomas Jefferson

*  We are also looking for editors globally, who speak different languages to edit/translate/customize articles sent to us

web designers too to help improve the site of our movement.

Very good to see this. I’ve just linked http://www.secularchaplain.wordpress.com to you. Perhaps we will find ways of collaborating. Good be with you.

    A great idea.
To find a platform where one can think out loud freely.

Thank you for providing reason and logic a beacon of hope in a sea of mysticism, bigotry and willful ignorance.

Really a great initiative. In this troubled world of ours, I am already being suspicious of it. This cannot be true. It is too good for that.

Anyway, as long the talk and the walk remain the same, I am all in.

This is a great, great initiative. I wonder how long religious bigotry can last, really. I hope this initiative gets a lot of writers to post their views on humanity and humanism — we all are inspired by that!

If what you said at Facebook is what you say here, then rightly did they block you.

Bravo..folks like Kamran who would rather emote and screech than think and speak and actually exchange ideas have no place on a Humanist site.
